Delete your Priozar account
This page is about Priozar, the app published on Google Play by VisaAtlas Ltd. It explains how to have your account and the data synced with it deleted, exactly what is removed, and what is kept.
Most people do not have an account to delete
Priozar works with no account at all, and that is the default. An account is only created if you deliberately sign up, and it buys two things: syncing to a second device, and carrying a Pro purchase between Android and iPhone. If you never signed up, nothing about you exists on our servers and there is nothing here to delete.
Deleting from inside the app
This is the fastest route, and it is immediate — there is no request queue and no waiting.
- Open Priozar.
- On the home screen, tap Account.
- Tap Delete your account.
- Tap it again when it changes to Tap again to delete permanently. The deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone.
Deleting by email
If you can no longer sign in, or you have already uninstalled the app, email support@priozar.com from the address you signed up with and ask for your account to be deleted. We act on these within 30 days, and normally within a few working days. We will reply to confirm once it is done. We ask you to write from the address on the account because that is the only way we can tell it is yours — we hold no other identifying information to check against.
What is deleted
Deleting your account deletes it and everything attached to it from our servers, permanently and in full. There is no soft-delete, no archive, and no recovery period. Specifically:
- Your sign-in credentials — your email address and password hash.
- Your priorities — the titles you typed, along with their importance, progress, due dates and estimates.
- Your onboarding answers — your role, tone and control-strength settings.
- Your goals — the goals you selected from the built-in list.
- Your focus sessions — start and end times, length, and whether each was completed.
- Your event history — the timestamped record of interventions, focus sessions and allowances that the progress screen is built from.
Nothing is retained after deletion, so there is no additional retention period to declare. Routine encrypted infrastructure backups taken before the deletion expire on their own schedule; they are never read back into the live service to restore a deleted account.
What is kept
- Everything on your phone. Deleting your account signs you out of sync — it does not reset the app. Your priorities, blocking rules and progress stay on the device until you uninstall Priozar or clear its data. That is deliberate: your data was always local first, and losing it because you no longer wanted to sync would be a surprise.
- Your Google Play purchase record. If you bought Pro, Google holds that receipt, not us, and we cannot delete it. It is what lets you restore the purchase later.
- Support emails you sent us, if any, for as long as we keep our support mailbox. Ask in the same email and we will delete that correspondence too.
The list of apps you chose to be interrupted for is not on this page because it is never on our servers in the first place. It never leaves your phone. The privacy policy sets out why in full.
Getting a copy first
Deletion is permanent, so if you want your data before it goes, tap Export your data on the same Account screen first. It gives you everything Priozar holds about you as a single file, works with or without an account, and needs no connection.
